Customer satisfaction is the highest priority for us, and we understand that the suit you ordered may not always fit the way you would like, and that is why We gladly accept returns or exchanges of any qualifying merchandise. However, we do encourage customers to use our Size Chart before placing an order. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

 In order for an item to be returned or exchanged:

    • It must be unwashed and unworn (except for trying it on)
    • It must have no deodorant or other stains
    • All tags must be attached and in good condition
    • The hygienic liner must still be in place
    • It must be nicely folded in original plastic sealable bag
    • It must have no other apparent damage
    • It must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original package

Items that do not meet these qualifications will not be refunded, and will be returned to you at your cost. If the shipping costs are not paid, items will be forfeited.



Products may be returned for a full refund, if the return package is postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Once received, the products will be inspected for wear and damage, after which, the refund (in the original form of payment) will be issued within 5 business days. Depending on your credit card company, the refund may take up to 10 days to show up in your account.



Products may be exchanged if the return package is postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Once received, the original products will be inspected for wear and damage, after which the new products will be sent to you once shipping payments have been made.

Please note, it may be faster and more efficient for you to return your original product and place a new order instead of exchanging it. In this case when you purchase the new suit your credit card will be charged, and you will be sent the new suit immediately (placing a normal order). The refund of the original suit will take place once the suit is received and inspected.

An exchange would be more beneficial if you would like any discounts/promotions carried over from your original purchase.

All sale items are final, meaning they cannot be returned or exchanged. Gidget Swimwear is not responsible for lost or damaged items, or return packages that are not received.

We guarantee our swimwear to be made of the highest quality. If there is a defect or quality issue with the swimwear, please notify us by emailing We will accept any refunds or exchanges of these items within 14 days of delivery.
